Andrew's commercial experience comes as a result of running Australia's largest mobile property website, PropertyLook, as well as holding senior marketing and business development roles with Australian companies Telstra and Optus.
Charlie is a co-founder of FreshNetworks, a social media agency. FreshNetworks is Europe's leading provider of online community software and services, helping brands engage with customers to drive advocacy and increase sales.
In 2008 FreshNetworks won the HBOS / Sunday Times £5M London Entrepreneur Challenge.
Before FreshNetworks Charlie worked in Interactive Marketing at P&G and co-founded and grew FreshMinds, a business services firm, twice named UK Market Research Agency of the Year.
Charlie's personal accolades include London Entrepreneur of the Year, Esquire Magazine UK Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Carlton Young Business Person of the Year and Real Business Magazine "One to Watch".
Giles is the founder and CEO of Brandwatch. He has taken the company from an initial project to build a local search engine for the UK government to a global Social Media Monitoring business. Work started on Brandwatch in November 2004, and really accelerated when the Company raised external capital to develop the system in May 2006.
Giles is responsible for the direction of the company, as well as managing financing and investor relations.
As a director of Kantar Media Intelligence Philip leads evaluation of mainstream media and for the past two years has been working with Kantar's social media analytics specialist Cymfony to develop new resources and methodologies for online and social media analysis in the UK and Europe.
Philip is an authoritative expert on corporate reputation analysis, providing consultancy to FTSE 100 companies and international corporations. He has made regular appearances on BBC News 24 and has contributed to major UK media including The Financial Times, The Times, The Guardian and BBC R4.
